Why should I choose Chef Eric Catering & Events for my catering needs?


With over 26 years of food industry experience, we love what we do and are always enthusiastic to share our know-how, observations, and even a few of our secrets with our clients. Our focus is customer service and high quality food.


Is there a minimum order?


There is a minimum of $350 per order or 35 guests for breakfast. Special event and holiday minimums are determined per event. Weekends and evening delivery minimums may vary.


What is included with my order?


Chef Eric Catering & Events always includes all disposable plates, utensils, napkins, use of chafing dishes and serving utensils. If you have ordered drinks we include ice, cups, sugar, sweetener, lemons (with iced tea), creamer with coffee If you require. We also have an extensive line of china, flatware and linen rentals available


Where does Chef Eric Catering & Events deliver?


Our delivery area for day to day catering includes the Greater Metro area.


What should I expect the day of delivery?


Your selections will be delivered by a uniformed attendant within your 45 minute delivery window. Everything you should need to serve and enjoy your meal is included. Upon arrival, our attendant will deliver the meal to a designated location, unwrap the food as appropriate, light Sterno if applicable, confirm accuracy of food and equipment delivery, obtain recipients signature--then leave as quietly as they arrived. We will return the same day to retrieve all equipment, or should you desire a next day equipment pick-up, just let us know.
